What's New

We have made many positive changes this year! One of which is the adaptation of a Blended Learning Model using computer-based programming, Edgenuity,  to help our students gain and recover credits. Students work through a flex, station-rotation model where they receive personalized online instruction, teacher-led small group instruction, and independent/collaborative practice. Our model makes it possible for every learning style to be reached in order to optimize positive classroom engagement. In addition, we offer small class sizes so each child receives personalized attention! As part of our model every student also receives an individualized academic and social/emotional plan.

Beginning in January 2017,  we are excited to announce the continuation of one career academy and will be beginning our Civil Service Academy for the second year in a row!! Check out the details below: 



Last school year students began participating in career academies every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. The academies prepared students for a transition into a secondary educational setting or career. The following is a description of what our academies entailed:
